All hired staff must go through our interview process, provide references, complete our initial training program, and pass a background check.
The Team Elite program takes a lot of pride in placing a top level coaching staff on the field. Each year, we have new opportunities for coaches to be a part of the best developmental and exposure program in the nation. With multiple locations, we can accommodate your interests, expertise, and availability through our different coaching options. All positions can be on a per diem, seasonal, or yearly basis.
If you are inquiring about a paid coaching position with our National level teams, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
1. College baseball playing experience
2. Minor league or major league playing experience
3. High school coaching experience
4. College coaching experience
5. Major league baseball scouting experience
