As one of the country's top exposure baseball programs, we’re on a mission to grow and develop our athletes both on the field and off. Our developmental system focuses not only on evolving a player’s physical abilities, but also providing mentorship to help each individual achieve the best version of himself.

The Gold Standard
Since 2005, Team Elite has focused on preparing youth players for high school, college, and professional baseball. Through personal instruction, pro-style practices, and offseason training programs, we have been able to achieve some amazing results over the years. It's truly an honor to have been a part of the journey for more than 2,000 players who went on to play collegiate baseball and over 250 players selected professionally in the MLB draft. We are TE Nation.

Our staff consists of former professional or collegiate coaches and players who love the game of baseball. Their passion for instructing youth and high school players drew them to Team Elite. It's our mission to build a relationship with each individual player and family in our program. The goal? To help provide areas of development and growth that promote consistency at the highest level.
